JJ Platform Studio provides two types of services:

• Basic Websites: Simple websites (1-15 pages, no login, no database) sold as one-time purchases
• Advanced Software Systems: QR ordering, booking systems, e-commerce, and custom platforms provided as subscription services (SaaS)

3. Why This Model?

Simple Explanation:

A basic website is like buying a car - you pay once and own it. You can drive it anywhere, modify it, or sell it.

An advanced system is like leasing a car with full maintenance included - you pay monthly, we handle all repairs, updates, and insurance. You use it, but we own and maintain it. When you stop paying, you return it (but keep any personal items - your data).

4. Payment Terms

All prices are in euros (€).

• Basic Websites: 50% deposit before starting, 50% upon completion
• Advanced Systems: One-time setup fee + first month/year in advance
• Subscriptions: Billed monthly or annually, auto-renewal unless cancelled
• Cancellation: Cancel anytime, no cancellation fees, access ends at period end

5. Your Data Rights

You always own your business data. This includes:

• Customer information you collect
• Orders, bookings, and transactions
• Content you create (text, images, menus, services)
• Analytics and reports

You can export this data anytime. If you cancel, we will provide your data for 30 days before permanently deleting it from our servers.

6. Support & Maintenance

• Basic Websites: Include 30-90 days of free support (bug fixes only)
• Advanced Systems: Full technical support included with subscription
• Priority Support: Available as paid add-on for faster response times

7. Warranties

We guarantee professional work free from defects. For basic websites, we provide a 90-day warranty against bugs. For subscriptions, we continuously maintain and improve the software as part of your subscription. This warranty does not cover modifications made by third parties or issues caused by your hosting provider (for basic websites).

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (like lost profits or business interruption). We recommend appropriate business insurance for your online operations.

9. Subscription Specific Terms

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless you cancel at least 7 days before renewal
• Price increases (if any) will be notified 30 days in advance
• Refunds are not provided for partial months/years
• We may suspend service for non-payment or terms violations after 7 days notice
• We do not provide refunds if you decide to cancel early

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes will be resolved in German courts. We will always try to resolve issues through friendly communication first.
